We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Boston Scally gear, so we offer a straightforward 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be provided for all domestic exchange and return requests.

  Pack It Up

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a similar sturdy box, ensuring you include any necessary paperwork inside before sealing.

  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
